Moving to our new website (for existing patients)

We’ve upgraded The Care Pharmacy website to improve your experience. This page explains what existing patients need to do to access their account and continue treatment.

What’s changed?

  • New website, same account: You can log in using your existing email and password.
  • New consultation required: You’ll need to complete a new full consultation before placing your next order.
  • Your history summarised: A Patient History Summary (PDF) has been created and you can request this at any time by emailing info@thecarepharmacy.com
  • General details transferred: Your basic account details have been moved to the new system.

Information moved to your new account:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Email address

Note: For clinical safety and compliance, your consultation answers will need to be re-submitted on the new system before treatment can continue.

Information that has not been moved:

  • Patient identification (photo ID, proof of address, etc.)
  • Any notes or comments associated with your previous account

As a result, you will need to upload your patient ID again after logging into your new account. See instructions below on how to do this.

What do I need to do?

  1. Log in using your existing email and password: Log in here.
  2. Check and update your personal details if needed (name, date of birth, address, phone).
  3. Complete a new full consultation for your treatment. You can view all conditions and find your treatment here. To start a weight loss consultation, click here.
  4. Submit your new consultation for review by our clinical team.
  5. Please Note: If you have ordered within the last six months, you do not need to book a video call when ordering from our new website for the first time.
  6. Extra Note: You can request your medication history as a PDF at any time by emailing us at info@thecarepharmacy.com

How do I upload my ID?

This is a one-time process required for verification and compliance. You’ll be able to do this via your dashboard by navigating to Account Details (1) > Account Details (2)

Navigate to account details in the menu

Navigate to this panel and click “Edit Account Details.

Scroll down to Current ID Image, and then hit the “Upload file” to upload your new ID. This must be a Passport or Driver’s licence.
