Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations Policy
At The Care Pharmacy, your safety is our highest priority. Once a medicine has been despatched and supplied, it becomes your property and cannot be returned under any circumstances. This rule exists to protect public health, maintain the integrity of the supply chain, and comply with UK medicines regulations.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns
It is strictly prohibited to return any medicines following despatch and supply, even if they remain unopened. This applies to all prescription and non prescription items. Once a medicine has left our premises, it cannot be reused or resold for patient safety reasons. Therefore no returns of medicines will be accepted.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item or there is any concern about the product supplied, please contact our team
immediately at info@thecarepharmacy.com so we can investigate and advise on the appropriate next steps.
2. Refunds
Refunds cannot be issued for medicines once they have been despatched, as these products cannot legally be returned
or re entered into stock.
Refunds may only be provided in the following situations:
- An order is cancelled before despatch
- We are unable to supply the item
- There has been an error on our part that prevents safe and lawful supply
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund only before it has been processed and despatched. Once the medicines have been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@thecarepharmacy.com with your order details.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or you believe the medicine supplied is defective, please contact us immediately at info@thecarepharmacy.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Depending on the situation, we may request the return of the damaged product at our expense for inspection and safe disposal, in line with our regulatory obligations.
