The Care Pharmacy Reviews: Delivering an Exceptional Standard of Care
Before you trust an online pharmacy with a prescription, you want to know what it is actually like to use. Is the consultation straightforward? Does someone answer when you have a question? What happens if an order goes wrong? The Care Pharmacy reviews answer those questions in our patients’ own words, on Trustpilot and Google, where we cannot edit them. This page shows you where to find them, what to look for, and how to reach us if something has not gone to plan.
The Care Pharmacy reviews on Trustpilot
Our Trustpilot profile is the best place to start. It is public, independent, and we cannot remove reviews we do not like. You can read each account in full, see when it was written, and see how we replied. We would rather you read the recent ones and the critical ones than just the star rating.
A review often answers the practical question a service page cannot. Maybe you have never used an online consultation before. Maybe you need medicine to fit around shift work. Maybe you just want to know whether a real person picks up the phone. Someone else’s experience tells you what to expect, and what to ask us before you start.
The widget below shows live feedback. The profile updates as new reviews arrive, so the link always gives you the current rating and count.
The themes that come up most on Trustpilot are helpful staff, a simple ordering process, clear communication and reliable delivery. One reviewer, Sirish, described a consultation where their questions were properly answered. Another, Mark Woodfield, picked out how we communicated when an issue needed sorting. These are individual experiences, and both are there on the profile for you to read in full.
Those everyday details are what matter when you are deciding. Being able to ask a question makes an unfamiliar process less daunting. Being told what is needed next stops an order stalling. Nobody remembers the website copy. They remember whether someone helped.
The Care Pharmacy reviews also include experiences that did not go well, including delivery and support problems. We do not hide those. Reading the full range tells you far more than a rating on its own, and it tells you how we respond when we get something wrong.
The Care Pharmacy reviews on Google
Our Google reviews come mostly from people who use our Bradford and Lowmoor branches in person, so they tend to be about the everyday things: the delivery driver, the staff at the counter, how quickly a prescription was ready. Here are three five star examples. Two are excerpts. You can read them all on The Care Pharmacy Google Business page.

How to read a review properly
Ask yourself which part of the service the reviewer is describing. A comment about a courier answers a different question from a comment about talking to a prescriber. Both are useful. They are just useful for different decisions.
Things worth noticing:
Is it a first order or a long term customer?
Did they find the consultation and follow up questions clear?
Is the comment about the assessment, the dispatch, or the delivery company?
What happened when they asked us for help with a problem?
Dates matter too. A detailed review from last month tells you more about the service you are about to use than a two line review from two years ago. And if the reviews leave a question unanswered, just ask us. You do not have to decide from reviews alone.
Each answers a different question. The team page shows you who you are dealing with. The registration page gives you details you can verify independently. The condition pages explain what we will ask and why.
One thing reviews cannot tell you is whether a medicine is right for you. Someone else’s good result with a treatment says nothing about your suitability. That is what your own consultation is for. Use the reviews for what they are good at: how we communicate, how we deliver, and how we handle it when something goes wrong.
If something has not gone as expected
Please contact us directly. A public review is welcome feedback, but it cannot include the private details we need to look into your order. Direct contact can.
Have your order reference ready and tell us what happened, when, and what you need. If you have already spoken to someone, say so. It keeps things moving.
Our complaints procedure goes up to the Superintendent Pharmacist. We acknowledge complaints within 72 hours and aim to resolve them within 7 to 14 days, with updates if we need longer. Those are our published commitments. A complicated matter can take longer to investigate properly.
If your concern is about a medicine you are taking, speak to the pharmacy or your treating clinician now. Do not wait for a reply to a public review.
You do not need to write the perfect review. A few specific observations help more than a general comment. “The prescriber called me back the same afternoon” tells the next reader something. “Great service” does not.
Please look after your privacy. Leave out order numbers, addresses, prescription photos and any medical details you would not want strangers to see. If we need those to resolve something, share them with us privately.
Thank you to everyone who has taken the time. The Care Pharmacy reviews help future patients ask better questions and understand what we are like beyond the words on this site. Whether you are ready to start or still deciding, we are happy to talk.
Common questions
Where can I check the latest rating and review count?
Follow the Trustpilot or Google Business links above. Both profiles update as new reviews come in, so the figures on those pages are always current.
Are The Care Pharmacy reviews genuine?
Yes. They are hosted on Trustpilot and Google, not on our own site, and we cannot edit or delete them. Both platforms have their own checks against fake reviews. You can also see our replies, including to critical ones.
Is The Care Pharmacy a registered UK pharmacy?
Yes. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council, with branches in Bradford and Lowmoor, and our online prescribing is overseen by our Superintendent Pharmacist. Our regulation page has the registration numbers so you can check the GPhC register yourself.

If you are considering treatment for a condition we assess, our online clinic explains how each service works. Choose the condition to start your consultation, or contact us first if you have a question the reviews did not answer.
