The scheme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. It’s free to join, there are no fees and no minimum number of referrals, so you can register once and share your link whenever you like.
Register with your email and we’ll set you up with your own referral link and code. Share either one with your friends and family. When someone new places their first treatment order using your link or code, they get £10 off, and once their order is approved and dispatched we email you a £10 reward code for your own next order.
Yes. The £10 welcome discount is for people placing their first order with us. Existing customers and repeat orders don’t qualify, and you can’t refer yourself or use your link on your own account.
Yes. Your friend’s order needs to meet the minimum order value set out in the terms (currently £99 excluding delivery) for the £10 discount and your reward to apply. The exact conditions are listed in the Refer a Friend terms further down the page.
You earn £10 for every friend who places a qualifying first order, up to £100 in total across ten successful referrals. Refer several friends and it adds up quickly, so your next few treatment orders could cost you a lot less. Full limits are in the terms at the bottom of the page.

- The Refer a Friend scheme is operated by The Care Pharmacy (GPhC registration 9010308) and is available to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- The referred friend must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with The Care Pharmacy.
- Referrers must register via the Refer a Friend form to receive a unique referral link and code. The referred friend must use that link or enter the code at checkout on their first order for the referral to be tracked.
- The £10 discount for the referred friend applies to their first eligible weight loss treatment order only, with a minimum order value of £99 excluding delivery.
- All prescription treatments are subject to a clinical consultation and pharmacist approval. A referral does not guarantee that treatment will be prescribed.
- The referrer’s £10 reward is issued as a single-use discount code by email once the referred friend’s first order has been approved and dispatched.
- Reward codes must be used within 90 days of issue and cannot be redeemed after they expire.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or account.
- Referral discounts and rewards cannot be used alongside other discount codes, offers or promotions unless stated otherwise.
- Rewards can only be redeemed against eligible weight loss treatment orders and cannot be used towards NHS services or NHS prescriptions.
- Each referrer may earn a maximum of 10 successful referral rewards, worth up to £100 in total.
- Referral links must only be shared privately with friends and family and must not be posted publicly, including on social media, forums, voucher or discount websites.
- Customers must not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to claim rewards. Suspected self-referral or misuse may result in rewards being refused or removed and accounts being suspended from the scheme.
- Referral codes and links are personal to the registered referrer and must not be used on the referrer’s own orders.
- If a referred order is cancelled or refunded, the associated reward may be withdrawn or deducted from a future order.
- The Care Pharmacy reserves the right to amend, pause, withdraw or cancel the Refer a Friend scheme at any time.
