Nevolat price guide: compare your pen pack costs

This Nevolat price comparison separates three-pen and five-pen packs. The Care Pharmacy lists three pens at £124.99 and five at £184.99. Boots lists £140.40 and £174.60 respectively. Our three-pen price is lower in this sample; Boots has the lower five-pen price. Compare the pack you have been prescribed rather than assuming one provider is cheaper at every quantity.

The best-priced provider changes with pack size

For three pens, the advertised difference between The Care Pharmacy and Boots is £15.41. For five pens, Boots is £10.39 below our price. Chemist4U lists five pens at £220; its three-pen £135 option was marked out of stock when checked, so it is not treated as an available purchase here.

The Care Pharmacy supplies Nevolat and produced this guide. It covers these three named providers, checked on 19 October 2026, without promotional codes. The sample does not establish the lowest price across every UK pharmacy. Prescribing, stock and the final quote need confirming before an order proceeds.

Nevolat price comparison by pen count

Nevolat 6mg/ml pre-filled pens · 19 October 2026
Provider 3 pens 5 pens What the figures represent
The Care Pharmacy £124.99 £184.99 Listed pack prices
Boots Online Doctor £140.40 £174.60 Listed pack prices
Chemist4U £135.00 — marked out of stock £220.00 Consultation and private prescription included

Each Nevolat pen contains 3ml at 6mg/ml, or 18mg of liraglutide in total. The 6mg/ml concentration is not the amount injected each day. The dose selected on the pen follows the treatment plan, which is why a price comparison needs both the pack count and the prescribed daily dose.

This table compares Nevolat with Nevolat. Saxenda contains liraglutide too, but brand supply and prices should be labelled separately. Wegovy and Mounjaro contain different medicines. Their injection schedules and dose steps cannot be treated as identical simply because they are also used for weight management.

Nevolat price per pen: what the figure leaves out

Rounded medicine cost per pen · 19 October 2026
Provider 3-pen pack 5-pen pack
The Care Pharmacy £41.66 per pen £37.00 per pen
Boots Online Doctor £46.80 per pen £34.92 per pen
Chemist4U Not an available comparison £44.00 per pen

Our five-pen pack costs £60 more upfront than our three-pen pack. It has a lower rounded cost per pen, but that does not make it the right starting quantity for everyone. The clinician needs to consider your treatment stage and review plan before agreeing a supply.

For a repeat order, compare the next actual bill rather than multiplying a low “from” figure into a yearly forecast. A first order, a maintenance supply and a prescription changed after review can involve different quantities. Introductory codes can also make the first bill look unrepresentative of later costs.

If money becomes difficult, speak with your prescriber before changing the dose or spacing injections further apart. A pack lasting longer because less medicine is used is not evidence that the lower dose remains appropriate.

A pen pack is not automatically a calendar month

At a prescribed 3mg daily dose, one 18mg pen contains six daily doses. Three pens therefore contain 18 doses and five pens contain 30 doses. This is a quantity calculation for that dose, not instructions to start at 3mg or a guarantee that every pack lasts that long.

The Nevolat product information describes a gradual starting schedule and review of response. The number of days covered changes while the dose is increased. Follow your own directions; do not work backwards from the cheapest pack to choose a dose.

When requesting a quote, tell the clinician your current daily dose and where you are in the treatment plan. If you have had a break, ask what to do before restarting. A previous prescription does not establish that the same starting point or pack is appropriate now.

For a realistic budget, ask for the cost of the next planned supply, the expected review and any necessary accessories. That is more useful than an unqualified “monthly” price that assumes a dose you have not been prescribed.

Delivery and accessories belong in the comparison

Both listed packs from The Care Pharmacy exceed the £40 free standard delivery threshold in our delivery policy. The product information also lists needles, a sharps bin and swabs. Confirm the items and quantities provided with your particular order, especially for repeat supplies.

Boots offers collection and says delivery is free for almost all services, but charges can apply when temperature-controlled Special Delivery is needed. Confirm the Nevolat delivery charge before treating its pack price as a delivered total. Chemist4U’s five-pen offer exceeds its free-delivery threshold and includes consultation and prescription.

  • Check the number of 3ml pens and their 6mg/ml strength.
  • Confirm the prescribed daily dose and expected days of supply.
  • Ask which needles and disposal supplies are included.
  • Review delivery, follow-up and any separate fees before payment.

Do not treat a next-day delivery estimate as a guaranteed arrival. Clinical approval, dispatch arrangements and appropriate handling of the medicine all come first. Check the current delivery information when ordering; a previous order is not a promise of the same timing.

Nevolat needs suitable storage. Follow the leaflet supplied with your pens, including the instructions for unopened and in-use pens. Ask the dispensing pharmacy what to do if a parcel is delayed or you are concerned about its condition; do not assume the lowest delivery charge is the only consideration.

Keep the treatment review beside the price review

Nevolat is a prescription daily injection used alongside changes to nutrition and activity. An assessment checks whether treatment is appropriate, taking account of medical history and other medicines. It does not guarantee prescribing or a particular amount of weight loss.

Tell the clinician about pregnancy or breastfeeding, other weight-management medicines, diabetes treatment, previous pancreatitis and significant kidney, liver or digestive problems. Do not combine injections or change between products without a specific prescribing plan.

Common digestive side effects include nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Seek immediate medical attention for severe, persistent abdominal pain, particularly if it reaches the back; stop the medicine if pancreatitis is suspected. Discuss dehydration or difficulty keeping fluids down promptly. Before an operation or procedure with anaesthesia, tell the team you use liraglutide.

Our Nevolat treatment overview explains how it differs from other injections. Discuss your daily dose, review plan and next supply with the prescriber, then check what that supply will cost. A lower Nevolat price cannot confirm whether treatment is suitable for you.

Nevolat price questions

What does the £124.99 starting price buy?

The listed option is three Nevolat pens at 6mg/ml. Each pen holds 3ml. Standard delivery is free under the checked order-value threshold; confirm the final order and inclusions.

Is your five-pen pack cheaper than Boots?

No. We list five pens at £184.99; Boots lists £174.60. Our three-pen pack is lower in the checked comparison, so the result depends on the quantity.

Do five pens always mean a month of treatment?

Five pens contain 30 daily doses at 3mg per day. Starting schedules and other prescribed doses change the days covered. Your clinician sets the dose and suitable quantity.

Is the £135 Chemist4U three-pen offer available?

It was marked out of stock when checked on 19 October 2026. We retain that label rather than presenting the advertised figure as an available order.

Can I switch treatment to reduce costs?

Discuss affordability with your prescriber. Any change needs a clinical plan, including the timing and starting dose where appropriate. Do not overlap products or restart after a break using your own schedule.

Discuss your treatment and full cost

Review the three- and five-pen options, then discuss the quantity and daily dose appropriate for your treatment stage. Confirm delivery, accessories and the final cost before deciding.
