Nevolat Price Comparison UK: Three and Five-Pen Costs
Nevolat price comparison: 3 pens from £124.99 at The Care Pharmacy. Compare 3- and 5-pen costs, delivery and inclusions. Start consultation.

Our Wegovy tablet prices start at £99.99 for 30 × 1.5mg tablets, including free standard delivery. Compare the same strength and pack size, then check what you will pay as your prescribed dose changes. A discounted first pack can cost less than later orders.
We offer 30 × 1.5mg Wegovy tablets for £99.99, with a free online consultation and free standard delivery. That is the sale price checked for this guide, against a displayed usual price of £129.99. The offer did not require a promotional code.
For the same starting strength, Superdrug Online Doctor advertises a £99 standard price and Medino lists £109.99. Superdrug also advertises a lower price for eligible new patients. Your first order and your next order may therefore have different costs.
We supply Wegovy tablets and have included our prices alongside the other providers we checked on 22 October 2026. The comparison covers those providers, rather than every UK pharmacy.
Match the daily tablet strength and the number of tablets before comparing costs. The table below shows 30-tablet packs, before optional delivery upgrades. It separates ordinary advertised prices from discounts that depend on being a new patient.
| Provider | 1.5mg | 4mg | 9mg | 25mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| The Care Pharmacy — current sale | £99.99 | £109.99 | £139.99 | £189.99 |
| Medino — advertised price | £109.99 | £119.99 | £139.99 | £199.99 |
| Superdrug Online Doctor — standard | £99.00 | £119.00 | £149.00 | £229.00 |
At the checked prices, our starting pack is £10 below Medino’s and 99p above Superdrug’s standard price. At 25mg, it is £10 below Medino’s and £39.01 below Superdrug’s standard price. Those differences compare medicine prices only. Consider the clinical support and delivery you need too, and check prices again before your next order.
Medino includes a consultation and advertises free delivery for these packs. Our standard delivery is free on private online orders over £40. For Superdrug, confirm the delivery or collection option and final charge when requesting treatment. Optional upgrades can change the final bill.
An introductory discount can make a real difference to the first bill. At our 22 October 2026 check, Superdrug advertised 20% off for new patients using WLNP20: £79.20 at 1.5mg, £95.20 at 4mg, £119.20 at 9mg and £183.20 at 25mg. Eligibility and offer terms apply; these figures are not its standard repeat prices.
For example, an eligible new patient paying £79.20 for the starter pack would pay £20.79 less than our current £99.99 medicine price. That does not tell you what either provider will charge for the following strength. Check again when your prescription changes.
Loyalty points are also different from money off today’s order. Only count a reward as a saving if you can use it and understand the conditions. A lower upfront payment through instalments is not necessarily a lower total cost.
Wegovy tablet prices can change as you move through the strengths. The £99.99 starting price is not the price of every strength. The MHRA approval announcement sets out a daily starting dose of 1.5mg, followed by 4mg, 9mg and 25mg, with at least one month at each level. Your prescriber decides the schedule and whether a dose increase is appropriate.
Using our current prices, one 30-tablet pack at each of those four strengths would cost £539.96. This is an illustration for 120 tablets in total, not a personalised treatment plan or a fixed-price four-month offer. Prices may change before you need the next pack, and your clinician may keep you at a dose for longer.
For comparison, the same four packs at Medino’s checked prices total £569.96. At Superdrug’s standard prices they total £596, before any separate delivery charge. These totals use the pack prices above, without applying new-patient codes.
A useful quote should make clear how to contact the clinical team between orders, how dose changes are reviewed and what happens if a treatment request is declined. Ask whether follow-up support is included or charged separately. These details matter if you need help before your next pack is due, and they are not captured by a price-per-tablet calculation.
Ask about the likely ongoing cost as well as the first prescription. If the higher-strength price would stretch your budget, discuss that before starting. Do not take a different strength, stretch doses or stop and restart without advice to make an order last longer.
We also list 60- and 90-tablet quantities at each strength. At the current prices, these cost exactly twice or three times the 30-tablet amount. For instance, 25mg costs £189.99 for 30, £379.98 for 60 and £569.97 for 90. There is no extra medicine-price saving per tablet in those options.
A larger pack of one strength is not the same as a starter bundle containing different strengths. Buying 90 starter tablets would not supply the higher strengths that might later be prescribed. Any quantity supplied needs to fit your treatment plan and clinical assessment.
Thirty daily tablets cover 30 days when taken as prescribed. Avoid comparing that with a weekly injection simply by counting packs. If you want to explore injections, our Wegovy injection price comparison covers that separate product; the strengths are not interchangeable.
Wegovy tablets contain semaglutide and are prescription-only treatment for eligible adults, used alongside dietary changes and physical activity. A clinician needs to check your health, current medicines and treatment history. A price comparison cannot establish whether you should use it.
The Wegovy tablet patient leaflet explains the daily routine: take the tablet whole after a recommended overnight fast of at least eight hours, using up to 120ml of water. Wait at least 30 minutes before food, drink or other oral medicines. Do not split or crush it to try to create a cheaper dose.
Tell your prescriber about pregnancy plans, breastfeeding, diabetes medicines and previous pancreas or significant stomach problems. Semaglutide should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding; seek advice at least two months before a planned pregnancy. Do not combine it with another GLP-1 medicine.
Nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and constipation can occur. Get prompt medical advice if vomiting prevents you keeping fluids down. Seek urgent help for severe, persistent stomach pain or sudden loss or rapid worsening of vision. Read the leaflet and tell the pharmacy if side effects are making treatment difficult.
No. It is our current sale price for 30 × 1.5mg starter tablets. The checked price for 30 × 25mg tablets is £189.99. Your prescribed strength determines the pack you need.
No. Strengths are prescribed according to your treatment history and tolerability, not their price per milligram. Starting or switching treatment needs an individual clinical review.
Tell the new prescriber exactly what you take and when you last took it. They may need evidence of previous treatment before deciding whether to continue it. Do not choose a starting strength yourself.
Our checked packs qualify for free standard delivery because they exceed £40. Premium courier services cost extra. Compare the service you actually need before deciding which quote suits your budget.
You can review the available strengths and quantities on our Wegovy tablets page. If you would like a clinician to assess whether treatment is suitable, have your current medicines and previous weight-loss treatment details ready.
Pricing note: Selected public offers checked on 22 October 2026. Prices, availability and promotional terms can change. Confirm your final quote before paying. This guide is not a UK-wide lowest-price claim.
Medical information: General information only, not individual medical advice. Prescription medicines require clinical assessment; treatment and supply are not guaranteed. Follow your prescribed instructions and patient leaflet.
