Beclometasone Nasal Spray Price Comparison UK: 200 Sprays
Beclometasone price comparison: 200-spray nasal spray at 50mcg from £5.99 at The Care Pharmacy, plus delivery. Start consultation.

Our Rhinolast price is £19.99 for a 22ml bottle before postage, or £23.98 with standard delivery. When we checked on 21 October 2026, Click Pharmacy listed the same bottle at £16 before delivery, while Morrisons Clinic charged £23.99 with free Tracked 24 postage. Compare the full bill as well as the bottle price.
One bottle from us costs £23.98 including £3.99 standard delivery. Morrisons Clinic’s £23.99 offer includes its advertised free Tracked 24 postage. With those delivery charges included, our total is 1p lower. Click Pharmacy has the lower medicine price at £16, with delivery added according to the chosen service.
We sell Rhinolast and have included our price alongside the other pharmacies we checked on 21 October 2026. No discount codes are included. The comparison covers these three providers; confirm your final quote and complete the clinical assessment before supply.
| Provider | Medicine price | Delivery position | Worked total |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Care Pharmacy | £19.99 | £3.99 standard | £23.98 |
| Click Pharmacy | £16.00 | Add selected delivery charge | Not stated here |
| Morrisons Clinic | £23.99 | Free Tracked 24 advertised | £23.99 |
Our medicine price is £3.99 above Click Pharmacy’s and £4 below Morrisons Clinic’s. The latter difference almost disappears after our postage is added. A headline such as “£4 cheaper” would therefore leave out the part of the bill that most one-bottle customers would pay.
Click Pharmacy includes an online assessment and a private prescription in its medicine offer. We have not assumed free delivery or assigned it a delivered total without verified applicable postage. Ask for that charge before treating its £16 as the final amount payable.
These figures compare branded Rhinolast with Rhinolast. Different azelastine brands, steroid sprays and combination treatments should be identified separately. Having the word “allergy” on the box does not make two products the same medicine.
Rhinolast contains azelastine hydrochloride at 0.1% weight by volume, also expressed as 1mg/ml. Each metered spray delivers 140 micrograms of azelastine hydrochloride. The bottle volume and the amount in a spray describe different things.
We supply a 22ml bottle, which is also the volume shown in our product photograph. When comparing another offer, check the written bottle size rather than using a pack photograph as the only evidence: old images and descriptions can disagree.
Do not confuse 140 micrograms per spray with a claim that the bottle contains 140 sprays. We have compared the 22ml bottle without assuming a spray count. A duration estimate would also depend on the prescribed daily use and preparing the pump.
For a fair comparison, record the brand, strength, bottle volume and bottle count together. A 10ml listing is a smaller pack, even if its headline price is lower. Two 22ml bottles are a larger purchase, not a cheaper single-bottle offer.
Our delivery policy lists standard Royal Mail Tracked 24 at £3.99, free for orders over £40. One £19.99 bottle is below that threshold. Two such bottles total £39.98 before postage, which is still below it; do not assume “nearly £40” qualifies.
Request only the quantity agreed after assessment. Do not order extra medicine just to qualify for free delivery. If a larger supply is appropriate, ask for its actual final quote instead of multiplying a one-bottle total: delivery and pack pricing may change.
Morrisons Clinic advertises free Tracked 24 delivery with its hay fever treatments. That explains why its higher bottle price is so close to our delivered example. It does not establish an identical approval or dispatch timetable at both services.
An online request may need follow-up questions before a prescription can be issued. Read messages from the clinical team and allow time for that review. Postal service names describe delivery after dispatch; they do not promise that every medicine request will be approved the day it is made.
Rhinolast is an antihistamine nasal spray used for allergic rhinitis, meaning allergy-related inflammation inside the nose. The current Rhinolast patient leaflet covers seasonal and year-round allergies. It works by blocking the effects of histamine and can help with a runny, itchy or blocked nose and sneezing.
It is not a steroid spray. Beclometasone, mometasone and fluticasone are different medicines, while combination sprays contain more than one active ingredient. Their prices can be useful when discussing treatment options, but they should not be presented as identical Rhinolast offers.
If a spray has not helped, tell the clinician how long you used it and how you applied it. The next step might involve technique, a different treatment or an examination. Choosing a stronger-sounding brand or adding another spray without advice can duplicate ingredients.
Our hay fever service assesses symptoms and treatments already tried. Describe whether symptoms are seasonal, linked to pets or dust, or present all year. That information helps decide whether the request fits an allergy treatment pathway.
Follow the label attached by the dispensing pharmacy. The leaflet describes one spray in each nostril morning and evening as the usual regimen for adults and children aged six and over. The online service may have narrower eligibility than the medicine’s licence, so do not assume it supplies children.
Blow your nose before use. Prepare a new pump as directed, then keep your head upright when spraying; tilting it backwards can contribute to an unpleasant taste. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap afterwards. Ask a pharmacist to demonstrate if you are unsure.
Avoid spraying into your eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with plenty of water. Do not share a bottle, and keep it out of children’s reach. If someone swallows the liquid, seek immediate medical advice rather than relying on the fact that it is normally used in the nose.
An unpleasant taste is a recognised side effect. Nasal irritation or bleeding can also occur. Ask the pharmacist about persistent or troublesome symptoms, especially if they are making you avoid doses. Using more sprays to compensate is not a solution.
Fatigue or dizziness can occur rarely; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Alcohol may make those effects worse. Read the supplied leaflet before driving after starting treatment, particularly if you also take other medicines that cause drowsiness.
The NHS hay fever guidance recommends further advice when symptoms are worsening, affecting sleep or daily life, or not improving with pharmacy treatment. A nasal spray does not treat an asthma attack. Follow your asthma plan and seek urgent help for worsening breathing; call 999 for severe breathing difficulty.
If symptoms continue, make a note of the sprays you have tried, how long you used them and what changed. Bring that to your review so the clinician can help you decide what to try next.
One 22ml Rhinolast nasal spray before postage. With £3.99 standard delivery, the checked worked total is £23.98. Supply requires an appropriate clinical assessment.
No. Our bottle price is £4 lower, but Morrisons Clinic includes delivery. The worked delivered totals differ by 1p under the checked terms.
No. It is the amount of azelastine hydrochloride delivered by each metered spray. The confirmed bottle volume here is 22ml.
Discuss the change with a clinician. They contain different medicines, and the appropriate choice depends on symptoms, previous treatment and your health.
Review the confirmed 22ml option and describe your symptoms and current allergy treatment. We can assess whether Rhinolast is appropriate and confirm the full quote before supply.
Pricing note: Public offers checked on 21 October 2026 across the named providers only. Prices, fees, availability and delivery terms can change. Confirm the final quote before paying.
Medical information: This guide provides general information and does not replace individual advice. Prescription medicines require clinical assessment; treatment and supply are not guaranteed. Follow your own dispensing label and patient leaflet.
