Ryaltris Price Comparison UK: 240-Spray Bottle Costs
Compare Ryaltris prices for 240-spray bottles. At The Care Pharmacy, a 29g bottle starts at £19.99, plus delivery. Start consultation.

Avamys prices at The Care Pharmacy start at £12.79 for one 120-spray bottle, plus delivery. Two- and three-bottle options lower the medicine cost per bottle, but increase the upfront bill. This UK comparison keeps bottle count, strength and delivery visible so a bulk figure does not look like a single-bottle offer.
The Care Pharmacy lists one Avamys bottle at £12.79, Boots Online Doctor at £16 and The Independent Pharmacy at £18.99. Each contains 120 sprays at 27.5 micrograms per spray. After the verified delivery charges, the worked totals are £16.78, £16 and £21.98 respectively.
Boots therefore has the lower single-bottle delivered total among these three offers, even though our medicine price is lower. This is why the postage line matters. A pack-price saving and a final-bill saving are different calculations.
The Care Pharmacy sells Avamys and produced this guide. We checked the named three-provider sample on 16 October 2026, without discount codes or subscriptions. The results describe those offers and date, not the whole UK market.
| Provider | Bottle price | Published delivery | Worked total |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Care Pharmacy | £12.79 | £3.99 | £16.78 |
| Boots Online Doctor | £16.00 | Free standard advertised | £16.00 |
| The Independent Pharmacy | £18.99 | £2.99 shown for one bottle | £21.98 |
The Independent Pharmacy initially selected two bottles when we checked. Its £35.98 figure was the price for that quantity, not one bottle. Selecting one 120-spray bottle showed £18.99 and £2.99 delivery. Keep the selected quantity beside any screenshot or quote you use.
Avamys contains fluticasone furoate. It should not be placed in an identical-product table with fluticasone propionate sprays, even though both ingredient names start with fluticasone. The strength number alone cannot compare their clinical effect.
This table also excludes smaller 30- or 60-spray presentations. They contain fewer labelled sprays and need a separate quantity comparison. Check the pack description rather than assuming every bottle carrying the same brand has the same contents.
| Quantity | Medicine price | Approximate price per bottle | With standard delivery |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 bottle | £12.79 | £12.79 | £16.78 |
| 2 bottles | £24.99 | £12.50 | £28.98 |
| 3 bottles | £34.99 | £11.66 | £38.98 |
The three-bottle medicine price is £3.38 below the cost of three single bottles at £12.79 each. It still requires a larger upfront purchase, and the quantity must be clinically appropriate. This calculation is not advice to stock up or a promise that three bottles will be prescribed.
All three listed purchases fall below our free standard delivery threshold of orders over £40, so the worked totals include £3.99. A £34.99 medicine order does not become free delivery simply because it contains several bottles.
If you compare a competitor’s price per bottle, check how many you must buy to obtain it. A lower unit figure from a three-bottle selection should not appear beside our single-bottle price without its total purchase amount.
Each actuation is one spray. The number used across both nostrils each day depends on your prescribed instructions, and can change after symptoms are controlled. A 120-spray bottle therefore does not have one universal treatment duration.
There is another practical limit: the Avamys instructions require disposal two months after opening. A bottle that appears to contain liquid is not automatically suitable to keep using indefinitely. Record when you open it, follow the priming and cleaning instructions and read the leaflet supplied with your own pack.
A multiple-bottle offer may be useful for an agreed treatment plan, but it can be wasteful if you open several bottles at once or buy more than needed. Ask about the right quantity before using a lower price per bottle to estimate an entire season’s spending.
Before requesting Avamys, prepare these details for the assessment:
If symptoms persist, a clinician may need to review the diagnosis, technique or treatment plan. Buying the same bottle again at a lower price cannot resolve all of those issues. Explain what has and has not helped, rather than assuming that a stronger-sounding number is the answer.
Do not add another steroid spray without advice. Products with different names may duplicate treatment. Keep an up-to-date list of what you use, including pharmacy products bought without a prescription.
Avamys is a corticosteroid nasal spray used for allergic rhinitis. It works best with regular use as directed and is not an instant decongestant. Do not increase the dose or keep using extra sprays because relief is not immediate.
Nosebleeds, irritation and nasal ulceration can occur. Tell the prescriber about other steroid treatment and interacting medicines, including ritonavir or cobicistat. Ask for advice for persistent bleeding or soreness, and promptly report blurred vision or other visual changes.
Read the Avamys patient leaflet for full precautions, age information and device instructions. The NHS fluticasone guidance also explains the medicine group. Seek urgent help for signs of a severe allergic reaction.
Keep your current dispensing label and opening date with your treatment notes. When comparing repeat costs, record the brand, 27.5-microgram strength, 120-spray size and bottle count, then add the applicable charges. Rounding a unit price should not replace the actual amount payable.
Our Avamys bottle options show current prices. The hay fever service provides the assessment route if you need to discuss persistent symptoms or a repeat plan.
If a clinician recommends another spray or a different quantity, make a new comparison. The Avamys prices above describe the named presentation only. They do not establish that it is the most suitable or most economical treatment for everyone.
When saving Avamys prices, record whether the quoted figure buys one, two or three bottles. A rounded “per bottle” price may depend on spending considerably more at once. Keep the total beside it so you can judge the purchase against the quantity actually prescribed.
For a repeat, note when your current bottle was opened and whether the remaining supply is still within its instructions. Buying extra bottles will not fix a blocked nozzle or poor technique; ask a pharmacist about those problems.
Avamys prices may change between seasons or repeat requests. Recheck the pack and charges before payment, even if you have used the same service before. A dated guide is a comparison aid, not a fixed-price agreement for future treatment.
The single-bottle table includes verified worked totals: £16.78 with us, £16 at Boots and £21.98 at The Independent Pharmacy. These use the checked standard charges and may change.
No. Other pack sizes exist. This guide compares the 120-spray presentation, so check the exact bottle size and quantity when reading another offer.
Our three-bottle medicine price is £34.99, below the free standard delivery threshold of orders over £40. Adding £3.99 gives £38.98 under the checked terms.
Follow the supplied leaflet, including the two-month discard period after opening. Remaining liquid does not override the product instructions. Ask a pharmacist if you are unsure.
The Care Pharmacy’s hay fever service assesses your symptoms, medical history and current medicines before recommending treatment. You can ask about suitable options, the proposed quantity and the full cost before deciding. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription or supply.
Pricing note: Public prices checked on 16 October 2026 across the named limited sample. The Care Pharmacy sells the medicine compared. No purchase was made. Prices, stock and fees can change; confirm your current total before payment.
