Dexcom ONE+ prices: packs, subscriptions and the full bill
Our Dexcom ONE+ prices start at £153.75 excluding VAT for three sensors. Some of the sellers below advertise lower prices, while Dexcom offers individual sensors and a monthly subscription. Compare the sensor count, VAT and delivery, and check whether you are making a one-off purchase or signing up for repeat orders.
What are you buying for the quoted price?
Our pack contains three Dexcom ONE+ sensors and costs £153.75 excluding VAT, with free standard delivery. It does not include a separate receiver. Check for the “+” in ONE+ when comparing it with another offer, as older Dexcom ONE products are different.
Chemist4U advertises a three-sensor ONE+ pack at £95.19. Well Pharmacy displays a promotional £104.40 price against £116. Dexcom’s own monthly subscription includes three sensors for £79 excluding VAT. Subscription and one-off purchase terms are different.
We sell this pack and have included it alongside the other offers we checked on 26 October 2026. Ours is not the lowest advertised price in this group. Check the VAT, delivery and offer terms that apply to you before choosing a supplier.

The table separates packs from subscriptions. It does not mix the older Dexcom ONE system with ONE+, or include G6 and G7 products as if they were interchangeable replacements.

Includes 3 sensors; excluding VAT; recurring order
The £105 direct-purchase figure is arithmetic from three £35 single sensors. It does not include a three-pack discount. Check delivery and any quantity restrictions before using it as your final order total.
The difference between our excluding-VAT pack amount and the direct single-sensor calculation is £48.75 before delivery or any tax adjustment. A lower-priced option is worth considering when it is the same model, quantity and appropriate supply route. Price does not by itself establish the quality of support.
Decide whether a subscription fits how you buy
Dexcom’s monthly option includes three sensors for £79 excluding VAT. The manufacturer describes flexible delivery dates and cancellation through the subscription service. Its terms provide for recurring charges, so this is more than a discounted one-off basket.
At the checked rate, three monthly subscriptions would cost £237 excluding VAT for nine sensors. Three of our three-sensor products total £461.25 excluding VAT for the same sensor count. These calculations use the prices checked on 26 October 2026. They are a budgeting example; renewal prices and the quantity you need may change.
Before subscribing, check:
When the next payment will be taken and how to stop it.
Whether delivery is included or added at checkout.
How to pause a delivery if you still have enough sensors.
Whether the advertised price is introductory or the repeat price.
A subscription may suit someone with an established system and predictable supply needs. A one-off purchase may be easier if your diabetes team is reviewing the device or you need a short reserve. Choose the arrangement you can manage rather than assuming every recurring offer will suit you.
Keep a record of the renewal date and the agreed price. If a seller changes its terms, compare the new full cost with a one-off order before the next charge. An instalment plan and a subscription are also different: spreading payment for one order does not necessarily arrange the next supply.
Check tax before ranking the final bills
Dexcom labels its direct prices excluding VAT and gives information about relief for people with diabetes. Our displayed product amount also excludes VAT. A price marked VAT-exempt elsewhere needs its eligibility conditions checked; it should not be treated as a universal tax-inclusive offer.
GOV.UK explains that both the person and product must qualify for disability-related VAT relief, and a declaration may be needed. Ask the supplier which amount applies to your personal purchase and compare that amount with the same basis elsewhere.
VAT and postage can change a comparison even when the product is identical. We have shown the advertised VAT information rather than assuming the same final tax charge for everyone. Our standard delivery is free above £40; premium services cost extra.
Compare repeat Dexcom ONE+ prices over 30 days
Dexcom specifies up to 10 days of wear for each ONE+ sensor, with an additional 12-hour grace period to allow time to replace it. Three sensors represent up to 30 days of normal scheduled wear. The grace period is flexibility around replacement, rather than a reason to describe the pack as a longer guaranteed monthly supply.
Our listed pack amount works out at £51.25 excluding VAT per sensor. Divide £153.75 by 30 to get about £5.13 per scheduled day, before applicable VAT. That is a budgeting calculation and assumes the sensors reach their normal wear period; it does not guarantee their lifespan.
Chemist4U’s advertised £95.19 pack works out at £31.73 per sensor. Well’s £104.40 offer is £34.80 per sensor. Keep each VAT basis beside those calculations, and use the actual pack amount when paying rather than multiplying a rounded daily cost.
Dexcom ONE+ prices can change between orders. Avoid buying many packs simply because a short promotion lowers the unit figure. Consider expiry dates, storage and whether your system or funding arrangements may change before you use them.
ONE+ is different from the older ONE system
ONE+ uses an all-in-one sensor with a built-in transmitter. The older ONE system uses different components. A cheap ONE sensor or transmitter is not a substitute for the ONE+ product in this comparison.
Check the Dexcom ONE+ compatibility guide for the exact phone and operating system you intend to use. A compatible smartphone or separate ONE+ receiver is needed to display readings; do not assume the receiver is included with a sensor pack.
A smartwatch should not be assumed to receive ONE+ readings directly from the sensor without a phone. Check the manufacturer’s current instructions for the exact watch and phone set-up. Different Dexcom models have different features, so a G7 description should not be copied across to ONE+.
If you are changing systems, discuss the plan with your diabetes team before buying. Keep the model name, app and display requirements together. A lower pack price is useful only when the equipment will support the monitoring you actually need.
What to do if you need help between orders
Keep the packaging, serial details and order confirmation. Ask the retailer or Dexcom what to do if a sensor will not start, detaches or shows an error. Replacement arrangements depend on the circumstances; do not assume every interrupted sensor automatically creates an entitlement to another one.
If symptoms or expectations do not match the sensor reading, use a blood glucose meter as instructed and follow your diabetes team’s advice. Do not rely on a reading you believe is inaccurate to make a treatment decision.
If sensor costs are becoming difficult to manage, discuss funding and a safe supply plan with your diabetes team. A private offer does not establish NHS eligibility, and ordering a different model without advice may leave you with equipment you cannot use.
Questions about Dexcom ONE+ prices
Is £153.75 for one sensor?
No. It is our listed price for three ONE+ sensors before any applicable VAT. A separate receiver is not included in that quantity description.
Is the £79 direct offer a one-off pack?
It is the manufacturer’s monthly subscription containing three sensors, excluding VAT. Review the recurring-payment and cancellation terms before subscribing.
Does a cheaper Dexcom ONE listing work instead?
Do not substitute the older ONE product for ONE+ on price alone. The systems use different components; confirm the full model and compatibility before ordering.
Can a three-pack be called a month’s supply?
It provides up to 30 days of normal scheduled wear if each sensor lasts up to 10 days. Calendar months vary, and individual sensor wear can be shorter.

Pricing note: Selected public offers checked on 26 October 2026. Prices, stock, VAT treatment and terms may change. Confirm the final amount before payment. Competitor offers are included for comparison; this is not a whole-market lowest-price claim.
Device information: General information, not individual medical advice. Check compatibility and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and your diabetes team’s monitoring plan. Do not change diabetes treatment solely because of a price comparison.

Our Libre 3 Plus prices start at £69.99 excluding VAT for one sensor. When comparing offers, check that each price covers the same sensor and quantity, then add any VAT and delivery that apply to you. That gives you a more useful figure than the headline price alone.
Our Libre 2 Plus prices start at £49.99 excluding VAT for one sensor. Check the full model name when comparing offers, then look at VAT, delivery and the number of sensors you need to buy. A lower price per sensor can still mean a bigger bill today.
