Ryaltris Price Comparison UK: 240-Spray Bottle Costs

Compare Ryaltris by bottle size and full cost

Ryaltris prices at The Care Pharmacy start at £19.99 for a 29g bottle containing 240 sprays, plus delivery. The bottle combines two medicines for nasal allergy symptoms. Comparing the same spray count is useful; assuming every allergy spray lasts the same time is not.

The quick answer: match the 240-spray bottle

The Care Pharmacy lists one 29g, 240-spray Ryaltris bottle at £19.99. Click2Pharmacy lists the matching bottle at £18.20 and The Independent Pharmacy at £27.99. Click2Pharmacy has the lower advertised pack price in this sample.

Our worked total with £3.99 standard delivery is £23.98. The Independent Pharmacy shows £2.99 delivery for its selected single bottle, giving £30.98. Click2Pharmacy’s applicable shipping charge was not confirmed, so its pack figure is not presented as a delivered total.

The Care Pharmacy sells Ryaltris and produced this comparison. The limited sample covers the three named services, using public prices checked on 16 October 2026. It excludes promotional codes and does not establish a UK-wide cheapest provider.

Ryaltris prices for one matching bottle

Ryaltris: 29g, 240 sprays · 16 October 2026
Provider Advertised bottle price Delivery treatment in this guide
The Care Pharmacy £19.99 £3.99 standard; £23.98 total
Click2Pharmacy £18.20 Applicable charge not verified
The Independent Pharmacy £27.99 £2.99 shown; £30.98 total

A bottle described by weight alone can be hard to compare with one described by spray count. Here the matching presentation is 29g with 240 sprays. Keep both descriptions in your quote, along with the brand, so a smaller or multiple-bottle offer does not slip into the same row.

Each spray contains mometasone furoate 25 micrograms and olopatadine 600 micrograms. Ryaltris therefore combines a corticosteroid and an antihistamine. A steroid-only spray or another combination brand is a different treatment, even if its bottle looks similar.

We have not used Dymista as an equivalent price row. Its ingredients and presentation differ, and a switch needs an appropriate clinical decision. Our separate Ryaltris and Dymista guide explains that treatment comparison.

Ryaltris prices after the fees you can verify

Our £19.99 bottle plus £3.99 standard delivery totals £23.98. Free standard delivery applies to orders over £40; one bottle is below that threshold. Check the current delivery policy and final quote if you choose a premium service or your address has different arrangements.

Click2Pharmacy includes consultation and the private prescription in its treatment price. The Independent Pharmacy’s selected 240-spray bottle shows £2.99 delivery, giving £30.98 in total. Our corresponding £23.98 is £7 lower under those checked terms. Click2Pharmacy remains a pack-price comparison because its applicable delivery was not verified.

The practical comparison is the amount you would actually pay for the bottle agreed after assessment. Do not treat a general free-delivery banner, introductory offer or price per bottle from a larger order as the cost of a single-bottle purchase.

240 sprays does not mean 240 treatment days

A spray is one actuation of the pump. Your prescribed instructions determine how many are used across both nostrils each day. The headline spray count is therefore a quantity measure, not a treatment-duration promise.

At our listed price the medicine costs about 8.3p per spray, before delivery. That can help you understand the bottle price, but it should not be used to alter the dose or rank different allergy medicines by potency. Different products can have different daily regimens.

When planning repeats, follow the supplied leaflet’s priming, cleaning and storage instructions. Keep track of when you opened the bottle and any discard period. Buying a larger quantity is economical only if the medicine is appropriate, the prescription supports it and it can be used within the product instructions.

Bring the whole allergy plan into the assessment

Before requesting a bottle, tell the clinician:

  • Which nasal symptoms you have and when or where they occur.
  • Which sprays, tablets or eye drops you have already tried and how regularly.
  • Whether you also use steroid inhalers, creams or tablets.
  • Any nosebleeds, nasal infection, recent nose surgery or injury.

This helps distinguish an unsuitable treatment from a product that has not been used as directed. A lower-priced repeat bottle is not useful if persistent symptoms need a different plan or a check of spray technique.

Avoid adding another antihistamine or steroid spray simply because it is inexpensive. Tell the prescriber about everything you use, including products bought without a prescription, so unnecessary duplication and interactions can be considered.

Ryaltris precautions worth reading first

Ryaltris is a prescription medicine for allergic rhinitis. It should not be used with an untreated localised nasal infection, or after recent nasal surgery or trauma until healing has occurred. Explain those problems before requesting supply.

Nosebleeds, nasal discomfort and an unpleasant taste can occur. Sleepiness or dizziness is possible; do not drive or operate machinery if affected. Alcohol or other sedating medicines may increase impairment. Ask for advice about persistent bleeding, irritation or changes in vision.

The Ryaltris patient leaflet gives full restrictions, age information and instructions. Seek urgent help for a severe allergic reaction. Long-term treatment and other steroid use may need review; do not increase the dose or combine sprays to make symptoms settle faster.

When another bottle is not the only next step

If nasal symptoms remain troublesome despite using treatment as directed, explain the response before requesting a repeat. Persistent blockage on one side, repeated bleeding or symptoms that do not fit your usual allergy pattern deserve assessment rather than an assumption that you need more spray.

Our hay fever service provides a route to discuss symptoms and previous treatment. The Ryaltris product page shows the current bottle offer. Keep the exact presentation and total beside any quote you save.

If the clinician recommends another medicine, compare that proposal separately. Ryaltris prices are meaningful for this particular combination; they cannot tell you whether another brand or a steroid-only option would be better for your symptoms.

Ryaltris prices: check the final quote

Ryaltris prices can be presented per bottle even when a quote requires two or more bottles. Write down the total purchase amount and the number of 240-spray bottles together. A unit figure is useful only when the upfront spending remains visible.

If you have a partly used bottle at home, check its opening date and the supplied instructions before requesting more. Explain how regularly you use it and whether symptoms have changed. A repeat supply should support the current plan, not simply replace a bottle because a promotion has appeared.

Ryaltris prices also cannot settle whether combination treatment is needed. If the clinician recommends a single-ingredient spray or another approach, compare that exact proposal separately. Keep treatment suitability and the full quoted cost in the same decision, without assuming the most expensive option is more effective.

Ryaltris prices: common questions

Are these Ryaltris prices for 240 sprays?

Yes. The main table uses one 29g bottle containing 240 sprays throughout. Keep the bottle and spray count attached to any new quote.

Is £19.99 the delivered total?

No. Our £3.99 standard delivery gives a worked total of £23.98 for one bottle under the terms checked. Confirm your final amount before payment.

Is a Ryaltris bottle equivalent to a Dymista bottle?

They are different combination medicines and presentations. Do not compare their bottle prices as identical supplies or switch without appropriate clinical advice.

Can Ryaltris make me sleepy?

Sleepiness or dizziness can occur. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected, and discuss alcohol and other sedating medicines with your pharmacist or prescriber.
