Ryaltris Price Comparison UK: 240-Spray Bottle Costs
Compare Ryaltris prices for 240-spray bottles. At The Care Pharmacy, a 29g bottle starts at £19.99, plus delivery. Start consultation.

Fexofenadine prices need to be matched by strength as well as quantity. A 120mg hay fever offer is not a substitute for a prescribed 180mg pack. This UK guide compares the verified generic tablet options, keeps branded Telfast separate and adds standard charges to selected examples.
For 30 generic 120mg tablets, The Care Pharmacy lists £6.79 and Dr Fox £5.60 before separate charges. With standard delivery and the verified Dr Fox prescription fee, those examples become £10.78 and £9.50.
For 30 generic 180mg tablets, our pack price is £8.59 and Asda Online Doctor’s is £14. Our worked delivered total is £12.58; Asda advertises free standard delivery, giving £14. These are separate comparisons, rather than a reason to choose one strength over another.
The Care Pharmacy sells fexofenadine and produced this guide. We checked a dated sample of public offers without discount codes or completed orders. It does not establish the lowest price across the entire UK market.
| Provider | 30 tablets | 60 tablets | 90 tablets |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Care Pharmacy | £6.79 | £12.99 | £18.99 |
| Dr Fox | £5.60 | £9.90 | £14.70 |
A larger count can lower the medicine cost per tablet, but the saving is not always large. At The Care Pharmacy, a 30-tablet pack works out at about 23p per tablet, while 90 tablets work out at about 21p each before delivery. Use the actual pack amounts when calculating a bill.
Check that a headline unit price relates to the pack you intend to request. A figure based on 90 tablets does not describe the upfront cost of a 30-tablet order, and a larger supply still needs to fit your treatment and review plan.
| Provider | 30 tablets | 60 tablets | 90 tablets |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Care Pharmacy | £8.59 | £16.89 | £23.97 |
| Asda Online Doctor | £14.00 | Not verified | Not verified |
“Not verified” means we did not establish a matching current price for that count. It does not prove that the provider never supplies it. We also did not verify a matching 180mg Dr Fox offer, so its 120mg figures have not been copied into this table.
The 120mg and 180mg strengths have different licensed uses and prescribing considerations. The higher strength is not simply a “stronger hay fever bargain”. Compare the dose recommended for your condition, and ask the prescriber before changing it.
| Product and provider | Pack | Separate charges | Total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 120mg · The Care Pharmacy | £6.79 | £3.99 delivery | £10.78 |
| 120mg · Dr Fox | £5.60 | £1 prescription + £2.90 delivery | £9.50 |
| 180mg · The Care Pharmacy | £8.59 | £3.99 delivery | £12.58 |
| 180mg · Asda Online Doctor | £14.00 | Free delivery advertised | £14.00 |
The same approach applies to larger packs, but the separate fees must be recalculated. For example, Dr Fox’s 90-tablet 120mg pack at £14.70 attracts a £2 prescription fee, rather than the £1 in its small-pack example. With £2.90 delivery, the total is £19.60.
Our 90-tablet 120mg pack is £18.99 plus £3.99 standard delivery, giving £22.98. Free standard delivery at The Care Pharmacy starts on orders over £40, as set out in our delivery policy. None of these individual packs reaches the threshold.
The figures are calculations from published terms, not completed checkout invoices. Confirm your selected strength, count and final payable total after assessment; premium delivery or changed terms may alter the amount.
Telfast is a brand of fexofenadine. Dr Fox lists 30 branded 120mg Telfast tablets at £12.60, compared with £5.60 for its generic 120mg pack. Those are different commercial offers even though the stated active ingredient and strength match.
We have kept that brand example outside the generic table so it cannot make a provider appear artificially expensive or cheap. Other brands and pharmacy-supply products also need the exact strength and count checked before their prices are compared.
If you have an ingredient allergy or a particular formulation concern, discuss it with the pharmacist. A generic manufacturer can change, and a familiar box is not the only way to identify the medicine. Read the dispensing label and leaflet with each supply.
Thirty tablets cover 30 days only at a prescribed one-tablet-daily schedule. Sixty or ninety tablets should not be described as an automatic two- or three-month course for every person. Your symptoms, exposure and treatment plan determine how long use is appropriate.
Before buying a larger quantity, check what you already have, its expiry and whether the clinician recommends continuing the same treatment. A lower unit cost is less useful if a review leads to a different plan or the medicine is no longer needed.
If symptoms persist despite following instructions, ask about technique, triggers and other suitable options rather than increasing the dose yourself. Our hay fever service gives the assessment route, while the fexofenadine information identifies our listed tablet packs.
Tell the clinician about kidney, liver or heart problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding and all other medicines. Fexofenadine can still cause dizziness or sleepiness in some people, so check how you respond before driving. Read the 120mg patient leaflet and the leaflet supplied with your own strength.
Fruit juice can reduce absorption; follow the instructions about taking it with water. Antacids containing aluminium or magnesium need separation from fexofenadine, usually by two hours. A pharmacist can check your particular products.
The NHS fexofenadine guide gives general use and side-effect information. Severe breathing difficulty or swelling of the tongue or throat requires emergency help; do not rely on an oral antihistamine for that situation.
Write down the strength, tablet count and brand status when saving fexofenadine prices. A large-pack unit figure can look attractive while requiring a higher upfront payment, and a familiar brand name can hide a different quantity. Keep the actual pack amount beside the rounded price per tablet.
Also record whether a separate prescribing charge applies and which delivery service the quote includes. If the price changes during assessment because another strength or quantity is recommended, compare that revised offer rather than the original starting figure.
Fexofenadine prices can move as providers update offers and stock. A dated screenshot is helpful for understanding what you saw, but it is not a stock reservation or a guarantee that the same terms will apply to a future repeat request.
If you already have tablets at home, check the label and expiry before requesting more. Tell the clinician what you use and whether you also take another antihistamine. Do not duplicate treatment simply because two differently named products appear inexpensive. The right comparison begins with the treatment that is appropriate for you.
No. Compare the strength recommended for your condition and the same tablet count. A higher or lower dose is a clinical decision rather than a price-saving substitution.
No. Our 30-tablet 120mg pack totals £10.78 after £3.99 standard delivery under the checked terms. Recheck the current final amount before payment.
No. The main tables compare generic tablets. The separate Telfast example shows why a brand price should be labelled rather than mixed into a generic-only ranking.
Only if that quantity fits the agreed plan. Consider the upfront cost, expected need, expiry and review arrangements, and do not take more to use up a pack.
The Care Pharmacy’s hay fever service assesses your symptoms, medical history and current medicines before recommending treatment. You can ask about suitable options and their full cost before deciding. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription or supply.
