Nasonex Price Comparison UK: 140-Spray Bottle Costs

Compare the same Nasonex strength and bottle size

Nasonex prices at The Care Pharmacy start at £20 for an 18g bottle containing 140 sprays, plus delivery. Each spray contains 50 micrograms of mometasone furoate. A useful UK comparison keeps that strength and spray count together, and separates branded Nasonex from generic mometasone offers.

The quick answer: compare one branded 140-spray bottle

The Care Pharmacy lists one Nasonex 140-spray bottle at £20, PrivateDoc at £24 and Boots Online Doctor at £30. Adding our £3.99 standard delivery gives £23.99. Boots advertises free standard delivery, so its corresponding worked total is £30.

PrivateDoc’s private prescription is included in its price. We did not verify the applicable delivery charge for that exact order, so its £24 remains a treatment-pack figure here. We have not used it as a confirmed delivered total.

The Care Pharmacy sells Nasonex and produced this guide. We checked the limited sample of these three providers on 16 October 2026, without discount codes. It does not establish a UK-wide cheapest provider or rank different medicines by effectiveness.

Nasonex prices for the matching presentation

Nasonex: 50mcg per spray, 18g, 140 sprays · 16 October 2026
Provider One bottle Delivery and total
The Care Pharmacy £20.00 £3.99 standard; £23.99 total
PrivateDoc £24.00 Applicable delivery not verified
Boots Online Doctor £30.00 Free standard; £30.00 total

An 18g description gives the bottle contents by weight; 140 sprays gives the labelled number of metered doses. Neither is the medicine strength. The strength is 50 micrograms in each spray, often written as 50mcg.

Micrograms and milligrams are not interchangeable units. This product is not 50mg per spray. Look for 50mcg per spray alongside the 140-spray bottle count when checking an offer. That keeps the medicine strength separate from the amount supplied.

Smaller 60-spray bottles, generic mometasone and other brands are excluded from the main table. If a clinician offers one of those, compare its actual quantity and charges separately. The lowest headline is only useful when it describes the supply you would receive.

How PrivateDoc labels multiple-bottle offers

PrivateDoc: Nasonex 140-spray bottles · 16 October 2026
Quantity Total sprays Advertised price
1 bottle 140 £24.00
2 bottles 280 £33.99
3 bottles 420 £62.00

These figures show why a search result needs its quantity attached. The two-bottle offer works out at about £17 per bottle before any applicable delivery, while the three-bottle offer is about £20.67 per bottle. Larger quantities do not always move in a simple price-per-bottle pattern.

We have not treated the £33.99 two-bottle price as the cost of one bottle, or compared a 280-spray total with a 140-spray pack without explaining the difference. A unit price helps you understand an offer, but the full purchase amount still matters.

The quantity must also fit the prescription and review plan. A multi-bottle offer does not establish that you need that amount, that the service will prescribe it or that opening several bottles together is sensible.

Nasonex prices after standard delivery

Our £20 bottle plus £3.99 standard delivery totals £23.99, which is £6.01 below Boots’ £30 worked total for one matching bottle. This describes those checked offers, not every UK service or a guaranteed future saving.

Free standard delivery with us applies to orders over £40. A single bottle does not qualify. The final payable amount can also change if you choose another delivery service, the provider updates a fee or the clinician recommends a different supply.

Ask for the complete quote before paying. Keep the 50-microgram strength, 140-spray count, bottle quantity and separate charges in the same note. If you have an existing prescription, check whether the quote is for dispensing that prescription or an online assessment with possible supply; the service arrangements may differ.

Check these details before requesting a repeat bottle

A repeat request should include the information needed for a fresh suitability decision:

  • Your current nasal symptoms and whether they have changed.
  • How you have used the spray and whether it helped.
  • Other nasal sprays and steroid medicines you use.
  • Any nosebleeds, infection, recent nose surgery or injury.

Take the previous dispensing label or a photograph of the pack if you are changing providers. “Mometasone spray” leaves the brand and pack size open, while “Nasonex 50mcg, 140 sprays” is much more specific.

If the recommended medicine changes after assessment, update the comparison. Do not use an old Nasonex quote to assume the same cost for a different brand or quantity. The prescriber should explain the treatment proposal before price becomes the deciding factor.

Nasonex is a steroid spray used regularly as directed

Nasonex contains mometasone furoate, a corticosteroid used for nasal allergy symptoms and certain other conditions when prescribed. It is not an instant decongestant. Regular use and correct technique matter; do not increase the dose because relief is not immediate.

It should not be used with an untreated localised nasal infection, or after recent nasal surgery or trauma until healing has occurred. Tell the clinician about those problems, other steroid medicines and any persistent bleeding or irritation.

Nosebleeds, headache and nasal discomfort can occur. Ask for advice about persistent symptoms and promptly report visual changes. Read the Nasonex patient leaflet for the full precautions and device instructions. The NHS mometasone spray information gives further general guidance. Seek urgent help for a severe allergic reaction.

Keep opening dates and review dates in view

A bottle’s labelled spray count does not establish a fixed number of months of treatment. Daily use depends on your instructions, and the supplied leaflet also sets storage and after-opening requirements. Record when you open it and ask a pharmacist if the discard date is unclear.

Our Nasonex product information shows the current offer and bottle details. Our hay fever service provides an assessment route if you need advice about ongoing symptoms or another supply.

If the same treatment no longer controls your symptoms, explain that rather than simply ordering more. A price guide can help budget for appropriate treatment, but it cannot replace a review of a changing nasal problem.

Nasonex prices: check the final quote

When saving Nasonex prices, keep “140 sprays” beside the bottle count. Two bottles contain 280 labelled sprays in total, not 280 in each bottle. That simple distinction prevents a multiple-bottle offer from looking like a larger single presentation.

If you already have treatment at home, check the product name, strength and opening date before requesting more. Tell the clinician what you are using; another mometasone brand may duplicate it even when the packaging looks different.

Nasonex prices are useful after that supply is clear. Ask for a revised quote if the clinician recommends a different brand or quantity, rather than applying an old unit-price calculation to a new treatment plan.

Nasonex prices: common questions

Are Nasonex prices here for 50mg spray?

No. The correct strength is 50 micrograms, or 50mcg, per spray. The main table compares branded 18g bottles with 140 sprays. Milligrams would be a different unit.

Does the £20 starting price include delivery?

No. Adding our £3.99 standard delivery gives £23.99 for one bottle under the terms checked. Confirm your current total before payment.

Can a two-bottle unit price be compared with one bottle?

Only if the quantities and full purchase amount stay clear. PrivateDoc’s £33.99 offer contains two bottles; it is not the purchase price of a single bottle.

Is generic mometasone included in these Nasonex prices?

No. The matching rows use branded Nasonex. A clinician may recommend a generic product, but its brand status, pack and charges need a separately labelled comparison.

Discuss hay fever with a clinician

The Care Pharmacy’s hay fever service assesses your symptoms, medical history and current medicines before recommending treatment. You can ask about suitable options, the proposed quantity and the full cost before deciding. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription or supply.
